SHIPMENT
All of our packages are insured and sent with a tracking number via our contractual partner DHL. You will receive this information either by SMS or email so that you can always track the current location of your package.
Delivery times :
- Items marked as "48H Express" will be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours.
- On average, delivery within Germany takes between nine and fourteen working days.
- Within the European Union, the average delivery time is twelve working days.
Shipping:
- For orders over €200.00, shipping costs within Germany and Austria are waived. For orders below this amount we charge a shipping fee of €4.99.
- Shipping is carried out either by DHL or DHL Express.
